PantherTrade requires advance appointments for face-to-face account opening services. Please email onboarding@panthertrade.com to inquire about account opening and schedule an appointment for our account opening service.
After scheduling an appointment, clients should bring the required documents (for details, see What documents are required to open an account?) and visit the
PantherTrade office at the scheduled time to apply for a virtual asset trading account.
During face-to-face witness account opening, our staff will verify the account opening documents and assist you in signing the account opening form, and installing the PantherTrade App.
Please note that PantherTrade operates on an appointment basis for orderly reception of clients. We regret that we cannot accommodate clients without appointments. Thank you for your cooperation.
