What are the eligibility requirements to open an account

To be eligible for opening an individual virtual assets trading account on PantherTrade, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Be 18 years old or above;

2. Not a US citizen, green card holder, or resident as defined by US tax law; and

3. Not from a country/region (e.g. China Mainland) that prohibits local residents from trading virtual assets.
